Welcome to the Denver Public Schools Instructional Issues Council website!
The purpose of this website is to provide information to teachers and administrators about the work of the Instructional Issues Council (IIC), a jointly appointed council by the Denver Classroom Teacher Association President and the Superintendent of the Denver Public Schools. The IIC is comprised of teachers and administrators whose purpose is to engage in conversation about planning, implementation and ongoing improvement of the District's existing and proposed instructional programs. The council meets monthly to address avariety of instructional issues.

Please read the 2007-08 welcome back letter from the IIC co-chairs, Dr. Jaime Aquino and Becky Rosenau. The letter includes a link to a survey which is soliciting teacher and administrator input to inform the IIC agendas throughout the year.
